Who is eligible?
If you join any of our services today; you will have this service for the life of the business. If you trade for another 20 years, you will have this guest Wi-Fi portal software for the next 20 years for free. Our cutoff date is January 2024 for new customers who come on board.

Our History.
Guest Wi-Fi, as many of our customers already know, is one of the biggest products we have been involved in, rolling out hundreds of systems since 2007 - 2013 onwards using the famous Ubiquiti technology.
What systems will it integrate with?
The software has been fully developed to integrate into MailChimp 2023 onwards with complete automation for any platforms that we have installed since the 2013 date. This has perfect synergy with our automated AI websites with full integration from that also.
Why Mail Chimp?
After training on MailChimp throughout 2022, it was a firm decision that we wanted the software to be partnered with this very versitle platform. There are so many options for the growth of automation marketing alongside our other automation process's.
User Control
The owners, managers, directors, and operators of venues can use the MailChimp app to monitor email capture growth, with birth dates and demographic options coming soon to increase customer engagement options.
Amazingly, the free base version of MailChimp fully functions with our integration and can allow operators to build an easy, fast, powerful customer database of emails with no costs.
Building and Audience
There is nothing for the venue to do other than watch the emails collate into the MailChimp platform.
APP Control
Audience builds are tracked using the MailChimp app, with the option to create mail shots instantly. There is also automation marketing available to coincide with seasonal trends already automated into our website creations.
Other integrations
Further to this Wi-Fi integration, we have made simple exporting options for booking systems and another fully automated integration for newsletter sign-ups from your website with HQ grouping, tagging and sorting this enables effortless fast central mangement of large data capture.
Things to look forward to in 2024
In 2024, we will have many new features, such as auto-feedback forms and surveys after the customer has visited the venue, collated and easily presented to directors and managers.
