After training on MailChimp throughout 2022, it was a firm decision that we wanted the software to be partnered with this platform. The operators can use the MailChimp app to see email capture growth with birth dates and demographic options to increase customer engagement options. Amazingly, the free base version of MailChimp fully functions with our integration and can allow operators to build an easy, fast customer database of emails. Further to this integration, we have made simple exporting options for booking systems and another fully automated integration for newsletter sign-ups from the website. In 2024, we will have many new features, such as auto-feedback forms and surveys.
